This is the 2nd pair of shoes i have purchased from this firm (this pair are a gift for a friend's little girl)and once again they have come up trumps. The shoes are wonderful value for funds, beautiful leather and beautifully stitched. They also arrived highly rapidly - i ordered in the morning and the shoes came the subsequent day! The shoes were slightly too significant so the enterprise sent us out some diverse sizes to try, entirely free of charge, so we could uncover the best fit. awesome service, great item and a seriously outstanding price tag - fab, fab fab!
I ordered a size 7 for my toddler as she is a UK size five. The difficulty is with the width rather than the length and it is difficult to picture that there is a youngster with feet this narrow. My daughter is petite. The shoes came with no receipt, invoice data or return address. I have e-mailed them twice to ask for an address but my requests have been ignored so it looks like I'm stuck with a useless product. I also take issue with Amazon allowing these to be sold on their net page contemplating that the firm (Tiny Individuals) haven't given Amazon any seller information and facts. I have tried to 'Google' the company but have had no success.
Because writing the original assessment, I have had an e-mail from the seller saying how upset they were by my assessment. I have considering that returned the shoes with measurements for my daughters' feet. They didn't have a size to fit (she is of standard proportions!) but I have recieved a full refund.
